Here’s what it does: Billable users – ORVO connects to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, lets you tag accounts as employees, contractors, system, or rogue, and ties everything back to onboarding and offboarding. Every billed seat is accounted for. Onboarding and offboarding - HR can fill out forms right in ORVO. Records are tracked, audit trails are in place, and data for offboarded users is automatically archived. Assets - Tie devices and other assets directly to user accounts so you always know what belongs to each person, including employees, contractors, and system accounts. Vendors and subscriptions - Keep agreements and pricing in one place. Get alerts when something changes so you do not lose track of costs. Each client gets their own portal, and everything rolls up to a global view for the MSP. The goal is simple: clear records, no surprises, and an easier way to manage the data.
