With over 35 years’ experience in the healthcare setting, Peter & Dr Mary Jones have applied their insight and expertise to develop the wide range of services now offered by Orwell Healthcare. Beginning first with Orwell House, our services branched out into the home care setting in 2011 and then to providing in-house education programmes for our own staff, other healthcare professionals and carers. Each service operates under the universal ethos of empowerment and respect towards the individual, with a focus on maximising independent living where possible. Orwell Healthcare has built a sterling reputation in the Dublin community as a result of the care and consideration with which we approach each of our valued clients. Our vision is to provide a continuum of care in a holistic approach in your own neighbourhood. This will be provided by familiar faces – all of whom have trained in the Orwell Healthcare ethos – under a stringent framework of clinical governance, accountability and continual self-improvement. The majority of our day to day care is residential long term care, convalescent care (short term) and a highly specialised Acquired Brain Injury Unit. The level and type of care may be altered up & down seamlessly according to changing needs.
