About Osaka International Business Promotion Center (IBPC Osaka)
International Business Promotion Center (IBPC) Osaka is an organization established by Osaka City in 2003 to strengthen Osaka's trade, industry and communication activities with Asia and other cities around the world. IBPC Osaka also operates West Japan's largest exhibition center, "INTEX Osaka." We mainly support overseas expansion and trade between Osaka-based SMEs and the 14 cities which have signed the Business Partner City (BPC) agreement with Osaka City since 1988: Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Jakarta, Seoul, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, Mumbai, Melbourne, Tianjin, Auckland, and Hamburg. We also support national and international companies with their business expansion to Osaka city, such as location and settlement support, incentives and R&D base support services, etc. We try to contribute to the Osaka economy by introducing new businesses and creating jobs.
