Osborne Inspections in a single-man inspection company. We believe in honest communications. We convey our findings in a matter that doesn't frighten clients over simple issues. Since 2010 Osborne Inspection has been providing “Peace Of Mind” for home buyers from Branson to Kimberling City and all areas in between. Our Certified Inspector spends three and a half hours, on average, evaluating all aspects of the home from the roof to the basement. Our reports are in color and include digital photos of the issues found which makes understanding technical information much easier for the “Lay Person”. We are licensed and insured. We schedule inspections seven days a week and we inspect seven days a week as well. We want to earn a spot on your approved list of inspectors. Truthfully, we don’t want to earn just a spot on your approved list we actually want to earn the top spot on the list.
