The region's most diverse provider of clinical, hands-on vocational rehabilitation, lifecare planning, case management and economic damage calculation services. OSC was founded in 1981. Our philosophy from inception has been to exercise the highest ethical standards in providing rehabilitation and related services to governmental agencies, employers, insurers and the northwest legal community. Our referral base includes on-going work from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, the Department of Veterans Affairs, a number of self insured employers throughout the state of Washington and workers compensation referrals from the states of California, Oregon and Alaska. We do a significant amount of work under a variety of federal worker compensation programs including the Longshore Harbor Workers Act, Federal Employee Liability Act and Jones Act. The hands on rehabilitation work we do provides a firm foundation for the forensic referrals we receive from both plaintiff and defense attorneys. In all cases we strive to provide objective, high quality, cost efficient and results oriented rehabilitation service.
