About Osel Architecture
We aspire to deliver well conceived buildings that give lasting value to our clients and pleasure to their users. This demands the design of functional, elegant buildings that respect financial constraints and enhance the built environment. We combine architectural, planning and construction skills to provide development advice to a range of clients. We assist in property purchase or improvement works by advising on condition, potential for change of use and optimisation of space. Osel was founded in 1996 by Anthony Lynch and Graham Russell. Together, with a talented team of chartered Architects and development consultants, they and their co-directors have completed projects through the UK and Europe. Over our 28 years of working with public bodies, developers, private and overseas clients, we have gained a wide breadth of experience from projects in a range of sectors and sizes. Our services include Architecture, Planning, Urban Design and Interior Design. We believe in active management of planning which is key to property values and fundamental to our clients' interests. We research policy and orchestrate support for development whilst always structuring negotiations for our clients' benefit. We highlight planning opportunities and investment potential to clients seeking to develop briefs for new developments. We assess existing design proposals using the Design Quality Indicator Process for practicality, quality and suitability for improvement. We are hands on team players with many years experience in providing high quality, full coordinated and timely construction information in close collaboration with the whole design team.
