Oslo Finans AS is an independent investment firm, founded in 1983. The company is owned by the employees. We work mainly in two areas where we offer the following services: 1. Real Estate structures: Investment projects for wealthy individuals, private investment companies and institutions. Our primary focus is to provide our investors with high and stable risk-adjusted return. We therefore focus primarily on identifying quality properties with good location and long secure cash flows, but also, we work with the financing of development projects. Oslo Finance has extensive experience in real estate and finance, and has built a wide network of contacts that enable the identification of attractive investments for our investors. 2. M&A: Professional advice related to various forms of equity transactions in the Nordic market. We assist both business owners, traditional investment companies, private equity companies and management with the implementation of structured processes to ensure optimal results. In today's dynamic competitive market,corporate success often depends on the development and implementation of a sound growth strategy, driven by mergers and acquisitions.
