Occasionally, you will be referred to a medical doctor for tests to aid in diagnosis. Then, we examine and test any mobility issues you're experiencing to pinpoint the source of your pain, as a good diagnosis leads to effective treatments. After diagnosis, I will treat you based on your personal needs for immediate pain relief. After your treatment, we'll establish treatment goals, and if indicated you'll receive a personalized video and instruction exercise sheet to follow at home, to prevent the pain from coming back.
