About OTR Drafting & Design

I provide a full range of design services to both homeowners and professionals regardless of project size, type or geographic location. My ability to start, develop, and complete a design over long distances is well honed. I'm able to design homes whether they’re minutes or hours away. Each professional in the conventional construction industry has their own style of work within the confines of applicable codes. As a result, I work to combine the desires of the homeowner with the preferences of the contractor. In many cases, this will reduce the cost and time needed to complete your project by leveraging the methods familiar to the contractors. I've had the opportunity to design timber frame and SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) homes across the nation. Because of this exposure to timber frame construction as well as conventional construction, I’m well versed in designing homes that leverage the advantages of both styles of construction. Whether your project involves a full timber structure or a hybrid timber structure, I can assist in the design process.
