OTT Outsourcing, a division of OTT International, is an exciting, new specialised contact centre solution provider within the BPO industry in South Africa. Based in Cape Town, we deliver quality, customised solutions and services across a diverse range of industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG, Telecommunications, Utilities and Pharmaceuticals. We have a special interest in serving the emerging and developing markets, as well as strategic initiatives within local and national Government. In addition, through OTT Personnel, we recruit and place top quality people in contact centres and across various industries, including hospitality. Our services include managing all aspects of human resources and training.
