ÖTZTAL TOURISMUS We are the local tourist association and the destination management organization of Oetztal valley. The primary role of Oetztal Tourism is the integral development and marketing of the entire Ötztal holiday region with the major areas Ötztal, Sölden and Gurgl. Ötztal Tourism is the second largest tourist association of Austria. The Ötztal is a popular year-round holiday region with 3.5 million overnight stays per year. It is one of Austria's top tourist destination. The valley is located in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. Only 85 km from Innsbruck and 285 km from Munich away. Ötztal is streching from Haiming to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl - between are the places Sautens, Oetz, Umhausen, Niederthai, Längenfeld, Gries, Huben, Zwieselstein and Vent. With it's total length of 67km, the Ötztal offers plenty of adventures, sports activities and entertainment - in summer and in winter!
