About Our Factory

The Fascia Place Ltd trading as Our Factory. Since 2003, The Fascia Place Ltd has been supplying the window, glazing and house building markets with a wide range of UPVC Windows and Doors. Disillusioned with the service we were receiving from other fabricators and to improve our customer experience we took the opportunity to invest in people, technologically and advanced machinery, bringing the production of PVC windows, entrance doors, flush casement, composite front doors and French doors in-house in 2016. Moving our Basingstoke trade counter facility to a bigger, more central location in Wella Road, our Coronation Road unit saw the start of our journey towards vertical integration, manufacturing the industry leading Liniar profile, with the industries most coveted fabrication experts producing 125 units per week. With our quality expertise, attention to detail and superior service levels we soon outgrew our base and in 2019 commissioned the build of Our Factory in Upper Wield, just outside Alton. In July 2020 we began production at our new facility and can now produce in excess of 500 units per week. Across a wide range of colours, shapes and sizes we now produce and distribute our casement windows, French doors, entrance doors, GRP composite doors, Flush Casement and Sliding doors across 14 The Fascia Place Ltd outlets producing high quality fenestration products from Penzance to Dover, the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. We can supply any size, shape, style or design required, complemented with a wide range of window trims and dressings. We can match almost any colour, profile, or shade, giving you a seamless, perfect installation every time. All Our Factory Limited products are available in a wide choice of colours and foils to give homes, offices and commercial developments a fully bespoke appearance.
