💛 MEET US > Our Family Home Care is a local family run care provider to provide safe and effective premier personal care services to our clients who prefer to continue to live in the comfort and familiar environments of their own homes. Set up in October 2020 by founder and registered manager Kim Keable, during the global pandemic Our Family Home Care provided care to those most effected and vulnerable, by giving companionship and quality care whilst maintaining professionalism and following the local government guidelines. 💛 WHAT WE DO >At Our Family Home Care, we offer the following services: Personal Care - all aspects of what someone would find personal to them. Dietary Needs - prepping, cooking, and serving food. House Keeping Shopping, accompanied or unaccompanied Companionship Animal care - feeding, walking, hygiene, vet appointments Liaising with other healthcare professionals - managing all aspects of care to keep with one lead person Accompanied appointments - hospital, hairdressers etc Social Outings Any other service that may not be listed but can be discussed.
