About Our Hockey House - OHH

Our Hockey House is on a dedicated mission to ensure that hockey is accessible to all, with a special emphasis on minorities and children from low-income families. We're working to grow awareness of the sport in the Indianapolis area, and remove barriers that prevent participation. Through strategic partnerships and carefully selected schools / communities, we offer free and affordably priced programs that encompass transportation, equipment, coaching, and playing costs. Our commitment is clear: the only cost for a child to participate in our programs is their dedication and passion. Our outreach initiatives extend to school gym classes with engaging floor hockey demonstrations and vibrant after-school and community events that spark interest and engagement in the sport. Currently, we provide free and low-cost Learn to Skate and Learn to Play (Hockey Fundamentals Course) programs. As we grow, we aspire to introduce street hockey leagues and comprehensive ice hockey development, training, and support.
