OUR is the pioneer and leader of the gourmet kebab segment in France. Launched in 2010 by Damien Schmitz with a pop-up restaurant in Paris, OUR has grown to 3 restaurants and a bar in Paris and a franchise in Nantes For more, see: www.ourkebab.com Moins de 40 ans se sont écoulés depuis qu’à Berlin, en 1971, Mehmet Aygün, l’inventeur présumé du kebab actuel, a eu l’idée de servir dans un pain de la viande grillée à la broche. Pourtant, aujourd’hui, le kebab a été adopté dans toute l’Europe, et notamment en France. C’est un marché de plus d'un milliard d’Euros, avec plus de dix milles unités ouvertes. Plus d’un français sur deux déclare aujourd’hui manger du kebab, mais à l’inverse du hamburger ou du sandwich, il n'existait pas de version gourmet du produit, cantonné à un positionnement low cost. C’est en faisant ce constat, et en regrettant l’image déplorable et malheureusement parfois méritée du kebab, que nous avons décidé de lancer OUR® Réinventer le kebab, avec un chef étoilé, le servir là où sont nos clients, en centre-ville et centre commercial, dans un restaurant design et confortable, rassurer notre clientèle grâce à une hygiène sans faille et un vrai discours nutritionnel, voilà la promesse de OUR.
