About Our Venues

Mission - Our Venues believes that all music deserves to be heard. We aspire to give artists a tool to share the heart of their music, we want listeners to find where the band is that will change the way they think and live, and it is our goal to help both musicians and fans find the perfect venue to make it happen. Vision - To help Rhode Island's music scene grow by giving bands and viewers an avenue to find and sort local venues, learn how to book shows, and in turn help drive traffic to local venues. Who - Our Venues is a collaboration of 5 people from different aspects of the digital marketing and technology industry, totally in love with both music and our scene. Culture - There is something unique about Rhode Island. In the fibers of this tightly knit state, bread through boredom, mischief, and pure talent, is born a music scene so loyal we allow only the best outsiders in. This is where we come in. Through the multitude of sites out there comes the home grown site Our Venues, where you can find out how, where, and why to book yourself in Rhode Island. Compiling every club, hall, and dirty little bar that we can find to let you play. We want to be a catalyst to our thriving music scene. We want Rhode Island to find and review venues, bands to succeed in booking venues, and to promote venues, creating the perfect symbiotic relationship.
