About Our Wellness Collective
We are an integrative, trauma focused and trauma-informed mental health Practice. We believe that effective mental health care needs to be culturally sustaining as well as culturally responsive. We celebrate and represent the full spectrum of diversity, ensuring our services are tailored to each individual's unique needs. We offer our services in a number of different languages and represent within our practice different cultures and backgrounds. We specialize in bridging gaps in mainstream mental health care by pairing traditional therapy approaches with holistic, integrative methodologies. We are particularly committed to working with individuals with intersecting identities. Our services include individual and couples counselling and psychotherapy, group therapy and workshops all designed to help individuals achieve their wellness goals in a safe and supportive environment. We believe that compassion and connection are the predictors of lasting change. We aim to create services that lead clients to feeling empowered, seen and known. We believe that when individuals heal their communities do too.
