About Ourkidsfirst Mediation

We are dedicated to reducing conflict from the ending of a relationship. We have great pride in our success record in supporting families with disagreements over schooling choices, SEND provision. Ashley has extensive senior leadership educational experience and a solid understanding of the legal and practical factors within school choices. Our key value is to be non judgemental in any situation. We have effectively supported may couples within the gay and lesbian community . We also have a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the challenges and opportunities this provides in managing both children and financial matters upon separation, and in particular the ASD spectrum. Our roots are in looking after children's wishes and feelings and trying to reduce conflict between parents. It is essential to protect children and parents themselves, from the natural conflict, uncertainty and pain coming from the fact of separation.
