By seamlessly combining white-glove customer service with cutting-edge AI/ML technology, OOPE addresses a common challenge for adjusters: efficient receipt collection and auditing. After working in the insurance temporary housing industry for 20+ years, our Founder heard a repetitive question from adjusters: "Can you review these ALE receipts for me? I don't have time." After that, an idea was born. At OOPE, we know adjusters' desks (and lives) are busy, and reviewing receipts isn't at the top of anybody's favorite task — so that's where we come into play. Here's the process: 📲 Policyholders submit expenses to OOPE via our iOS app or web portal. 🔎 OOPE audits policyholder receipts based on carrier and adjuster guidelines and expectations. 📊 OOPE sends the adjuster a comprehensive report with policyholder spending analytics and our recommended reimbursement. Sounds pretty neat, right?
