Since 2004, Out the Box Productions (OTB) has been the driving force behind the production and staging of some of South Africa’s leading events, festivals and national commemorations. We view event management not as a task, but as a skill developed and perfected over years of experience. OTB specialises in large scale and public space events; developing high end and cost effective solutions as we have long standing working relationships with major suppliers and technical designers nationally and internationally. One of the key strategic objectives of OTB has been to produce and deliver the most innovative, creative event concepts with the utmost professional integrity & cost effective delivery. We believe that the opportunity to create a truly memorable event experience occurs when the creative content and operational expertise come together. The core business consists of three interrelated interests: Event Production, Event Management and logistics Artist and Talent Agency The team’s experience ranges from large scale public space events, indoor or outdoor corporate events, activations to stadium events. In 2011, OTB developed several partnerships with complementary businesses (‘the Hub’) giving clients access to a group of industry leading experts across a wide range of interconnected industries. Extended services provided through ‘The Hub’ include: Public relations Media strategy and management Hospitality, sponsorship management Catering & décor OTB has business “homes” in 2 major industry hubs - Cape Town and Johannesburg. This allows us to efficiently and effectively manage production operations in any location within South Africa, and into Africa.
