Out The Park provides consultancy, planning, management and delivery services covering partnerships, projects and events. We noticed that clients often don’t have the senior in-house resource they need in these areas due to varying requirements and fluctuating demands. Carrying the overheads of experienced people year-round doesn’t make sense and recruiting at a more junior level often puts the wider team under pressure. We can provide that expertise and we offer the best of both worlds; senior on-tap resource when it’s needed without the associated overheads, but with the consistency and ability to build long term relationships that a traditional freelance model doesn’t always provide. Agencies and suppliers also have resource requirements that are often unpredictable, with pinch points that put the whole business under pressure, and we can help there too. We have decades of experience in client service, commercial partnerships, project management and all aspects of event planning and delivery. We’ve worked in-house as well as for agencies, rightsholders, suppliers and with commercial partners and so understand the landscape from every point of view. We have particular experience working with NGBs and in a high-performance environment, and across sport, entertainment, higher education and the arts. In addition to the services we offer directly, we have access to an excellent network including marketing and comms support, creative and artworking, print production, branding, infrastructure, structures, power & lighting and crewing and can call on long standing relationships should any of these services be required.
