Outdoor Spirit offers the opportunity for people to disconnect from the distractions of their fast-paced lives and reconnect with the benefits of nature. Our intention is that each person leaves our experiences with tools and practices to be more mindful, reduce stress, be more productive and creative in their everyday activities and to be aware of the importance to connect back into nature regularly. It is no secret spending time in nature makes us feel good. But have you ever asked yourself why that is?
