They were the first Independent Services Provider in the North American Wind Industry to secure all three certifications. Founded in 2005, Outland had more than 125 service technicians and nearly 1,000 MW under service agreements. The company maintained its North American headquarters in Canby, Minnesota and had additional offices in Mendota Heights, Minnesota and Guymon, Oklahoma.
