Outlook Consulting has provided bespoke team development, service Improvement and coaching support to a large amount of the national programmes established during this time period. These include The National Patients Access Team, The Modernisation Agency, Cancer Services Collaborative, The National Clinical Governance Support Team, The National Primary Care Development Team, The National Prescribing Centre (Medicines Management collaborative programme)and more recently NHS Improvement. With a long history of practical involvement in service improvement projects, Outlook Consultings’ focus is on supporting local teams to build and develop the internal capability required to deliver and implement change and improvement. We offer practical help and support, developing capability in the application of tried and tested tools and techniques. We design and deliver bespoke development programmes, coach and support individuals and teams. We work with ‘teams in trouble’, diagnosing and working with dysfunctional relationships, ineffective processes and approaches to service improvement. Our practical and bespoke approach to delivery means enables us to work flexibly and responsively to current and emergent customer needs. Having worked in the NHS environment as a clinician, change facilitator and as a team coache I am familiar with the ambiguous nature of the health care environment. Consequently the support I am able to offer inevitably changes and adapts to the needs of the situation. I have 15 years experience of working with and supporting service improvement teams. Experience of designing and delivering team coaching programmes geared towards sharing experiences and developing the internal capability of organisations to build and develop their own teams
