Outpatient Therapy Partners delivers physical and occupational therapy to patients and referring physicians through our therapist partners. OTP partners with qualified physical and occupational therapists who are currently employed as non-owner directors of hospital, corporate or privately-owned outpatient therapy clinics. The Company will combine our financial capital and management expertise with their clinical skills and established community relationships to open an independent facility in their current medical service area. Over the years, members of our team have identified and opened approximately two hundred and fifty physical and occupational therapy clinics across the United States. Therapy is a referral based business. By partnering with therapists who have long established relationships with their referring physicians, we have a known provider in the community and business should ramp up based on those relationships. Our prototypical partner will be a licensed physical or occupational therapist with 5-10 years experience, currently a non-owner director of an outpatient rehabilitation facility, who has outstanding referral relationships with local physicians, born and raised or committed long term career history in the community, with entrepreneurial drive and strong leadership skills.
