About Outsider Comics

Outsider Comics is a local, queer and trans worker owned, comic book store located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Since opening its doors in 2016, Outsider has been known for providing an inclusive comic and graphic novel selection for readers of all ages as well as a large selection of small press comics, zines, and art from local creators. Comics for Every Age - Outsider offers comics for young, teenage, and adult readers, and offers an extensive selection of curated all ages comics. Local Indies and Zines - Outsider partners with local distributors and artist collectives and stocks many locally created and printed independent comics and zines. LGBTQIA+ inclusivity - Outsider stocks a wide range of comic books created by, about, and for LGBTQIA+ people and communities, and is staffed and owned by queer and trans booksellers. Art by PNW artists - Outsider works with local artists to showcase their work and products; outside of books, a majority of Outsider’s stock is directly sourced from PNW artists.
