Payroll Hosting: If you already have an established payroll, employee benefits, Workers’ Comp, and employment tax accounts, and you simply want to outsource your payroll and benefits administration, we offer our Payroll Hosting Solution (“Hosting”). Outstaffing exports your existing payroll to a secure cloud-based platform and assumes the management and administration of payroll, benefits, etc., so you can re-focus on your core business. The PEO Solution: The traditional Outstaffing services are based on a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) model in which we become the “employer of record”. Under a co-employment agreement, you would cease to be the employer for payroll purposes, yet retain supervisory control over the staff. All wages are paid by Outstaffing, and we issue the W2. In addition, your employees are offered the full suite of Outstaffing benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AFLAC, a 401(k) plan, and more).
