OUR MISSION: Our mission is to encourage people to discover and develop their potential and to create a better world for themselves and others through challenging experiences in unfamiliar settings. ABOUT OUTWARD BOUND CROATIA: Since 2005, we provide challenging courses of experiential education through adventurous activities in nature. We offer personal and professional development trainings focused on communication skills, effective leadership, social and team inclusion and resource management. Adventure-based courses are conducted in the outdoors on many locations on Adriatic shore or in the mountains, combining the best of it's natural resources. It is all about the adventure, dealing with the unknown, meeting the challenges, stretching beyond the limits and developing courage, resilience, persistence, responsibility, adaptability, integrity, compassion, service to community, and the ability to work well with others – life lasting qualities. Safety of both participants and instructors is the top priority of Outward Bound Croatia during preparation and conducting a course. Educational activities are held with the strictest safety procedures, developed with the expertise from OB systems around the world, to ensure maximal possible physical, emotional and social safety.
