In June 2012, Overholt Law LLP‘s predecessor firm – Overholt Law – was founded by Carman J. Overholt, Q.C. Carman is a senior litigation lawyer who has practiced employment law, labour relations law, and commercial litigation in downtown Vancouver for over 34 years. Overholt Law quickly grew to become a trusted leader in workplace law and litigation in British Columbia, and on January 1, 2021, Preston I.A.D. Parsons and Jennifer Kwok joined Carman in a partnership to form Overholt Law LLP. Overholt Law LLP has a long-standing positive reputation and maintains a position as an industry leader. We take a hands-on approach to working with our clients and are assertive in the resolution of complex disputes. We take the necessary time to fully grasp our clients’ needs so we can most efficiently resolve the legal issues they face.
