“Not another coach, yet again!” :-)) I feel you. I am a coach by vocation, not by lack of imagination or options. 15 years after a successful career with top global companies, I stepped out to make a bigger difference for people. I am coaching by purpose, as it best fits my gifts and values. To which I added a thorough set of skills, not just a mere coaching certification or two, through a B.Sc. in Psychology, a geeky Neuroscience hobby and currently training in Integrative Psychotherapy. 15 more years since I started (2010) coaching executives and consulting on leadership, high-performing teams and change, working with companies or with private individuals, I want to offer my best work yet as 360-degrees life coaching. Hence, OVERLY. New offering, seasoned professional. I’ve been “there” – most places where you’d like to go or situations that you struggle with. My experience and expertise in human intelligence can be a valuable guide for you through and to “there”. I choose excellence in all that I do – in my work, but also in how I want to enjoy my life. I ask hard questions, and I find answers. I set bold visions, and I go make them happen. I encounter challenges and I relentlessly overcome them. OVERLY – is about how we should all feel in our life: overly accomplished and fulfilled, all-round, loving our life! HI – Human Intelligence – is my approach at coaching: a deep understanding of how humans “work”, of their “user manual”. On all 4 dimensions: body, mind, heart, spirit.
