He is a UK national, and has worked in Europe, the UK and throughout the Home Counties as well as assisting major bids for and to the USA. Brian has a strong, balanced background of bid & proposal, process development, project management, and technical specialist assignments. He has managed and produced approximately 30 plus proposals for large bids in the UK and EMEA Brian has been extensively Shipley-trained and is particularly skilled at bid process development and proposal structure and production. He is a member of the UK Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Professional Qualifications: Professional Diploma Management Studies (Open University Business School – 1994) Plus, Project Management – PMT 605 (Open University Business School 1994).
