About OvrMattr

OvrMattr is a small team with a big dream of helping people incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives. We're on a mission to make mindfulness more tangible, offering things that can be done every day to help people focus on their mental well-being in accessible and sustainable ways. One way that we do this is through our flagship product, The Daily Mindful Method Journal, which is a unique, highly-curated journal meant to encourage humans from all walks of life to nourish their hearts and minds by using our easy-to-follow prompts and accompanying video guide. Our journal is a 12-week guide into the world of tangible mindfulness featuring: guided daily mindful check-ins, weekly forecasts and recaps, ovrflow space for additional thoughts, to-do lists, and daily inspirational passages & quotes. We also have a podcast, Mindful Explorers Club, which focuses on exploring simple methods on how to live a more peaceful and present existence. We discuss different ways of incorporating mindfulness into day-to-day life with topics such as; the creation of a keystone habit of journaling, the building and maintaining of a mindfulness routine through intentional acts, the art of practicing gratitude, and so much more!
