About Owen Hearing
Owen Hearing Ltd is dedicated to providing our customers with excellent customer service and advice. It is very important to us that we deliver great value, offering quality products, professional and helpful advice and friendly, trained staff who can help with all needs. Owen Hearing Ltd was formed by James Owen, our Managing Director in October 2009 to provide an excellent hearing aid service to the Kent & Sussex areas. James has been a qualified hearing aid consultant for 16 years. In August 2010, we were joined by Helen Terry, our Business Development Director, to assist with the business expansion, to provide an excellent mobility service to the Kent & Sussex areas as well as hearing. Helen has previous experience working within the hearing aid industry and has a strong customer service focus. From September 2010 we have acquired three established shops in Crowborough, West Wickham and Staines. Present day finds us continuing to provide valuable community services, such as free hearing health checks and free mobility assessments. These can be carried out in branch or at home, with no obligation. We are a growing company who are focused on becoming a competitive chain in the South East area and will always consider dynamic individuals who want to help us achieve that goal.
