Tom has partnered with many of Coronado’s most successful real estate investors, and is known for finding deals not on the MLS. Mary Jo Morgan (Agent) has been #1 in Coronado sales since 2009. She has a bachelor of arts in marketing and has been a Coronado resident since 1983. She was designated as a real estate “Top Producer” for 10 consecutive years and has specialized in facilitating new construction transactions on behalf of buyers and builders. She was involved in the original construction and sale of the Coronado Cays, and has facilitated the sale of over 50 new construction projects in Coronado. Mary Jo is well-versed with our public schools, as her daughter attends Village Elementary. Mary Jo is also familiar with the needs of relocating military officers, as her husband is a Navy Seal. Edith Zamora (Agent) is a multi-million dollar producer specializing in residential sales in Coronado. Prior to joining Owen Properties, Edith practiced taxation with accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
