Owen and White, Inc. was incorporated in 1960. Since that time the firm has been active in providing a variety of municipal engineering services. The staff consists of experienced professionals in the field of consulting engineering and includes administration, project managers and engineers, CADD operators and resident project representatives. Staff professionals maintain registration in AL, AR, LA, MI, MS, NC, TN and TX. The services offered by the firm cover the entire requirements of clients from preliminary engineering to operations and include site and facility investigations and evaluations, economic feasibility analyses, system appraisals, rate studies, design engineering, procurement, construction administration, funds management, start-up, trouble-shooting, and operations consultation. In essence, Owen and White, Inc. is a "full service" consultant capable of accomplishing capital programs and also of performing the day-to-day operation, maintenance and management of facilities. The professional staff has extensive knowledge and expertise especially in the fields of potable water supply, treatment and distribution and fire protection systems; wastewater collection and treatment facilities, hydrological (flood and drainage) applications and systems cost optimization (energy, operation, maintenance and capitalization). Owen and White, Inc. is dedicated to providing the client with professional engineering and management services and takes pride in the many continuing relationships which have been developed. With a staff of approximately 20 individuals, we are large enough to provide complete in-house engineering services while at the same time allowing us to retain the close, individual attitude so vital to an efficient and productive relationship with our clients. In support of this dedication, senior staff personnel are always accessible to the client.
