Owens Valley Career Development Center started in 1976 as a small business focused on providing more career opportunities for Native Americans. Nowadays, OVCDC is a multifaceted business reaching into all aspects of social services and educational services, as well as economic development markets, providing Native American communities with a mechanism for bettering quality of life.
