OWL Architects is an RIBA Chartered Practice offering architectural, design and project management services. We operate from offices in Suffolk and undertake projects throughout East Anglia and beyond. Our clients include private, public, charitable and institutional bodies and we undertake a range of residential, school, community, care and historic buildings work. We also have experience of grant funded, self-build and commercial projects We offer expertise in all aspects of building design, planning and procurement and have a proven track record in producing bespoke solutions to meet individual, business and lifestyle needs. Our service is friendly and responsive and we see good communication as essential to our understanding and transforming your requirements into inspiring and appropriate solutions. Underpinning this is an acceptance that buildings must offer long-term service and provide best value both economically and environmentally. OWL has developed relationships with a number of local authorities, development agencies, contractors and other consultants. We support AutoCAD drawing software, subscribe to the National Building Specification and have experience of a range of procurement options. In addition to core design skills the practice is also able to provide 3D visualization, party wall advice and a number of other ancillary services.
