About Owners Risk Management Association

Owners Risk Management Association (ORMA) is a non-profit association formed exclusively for McDonald’s Owner/Operators who participate in the approved Package Insurance system. ORMA was founded with an overall goal of providing its membership with state-of-the-art risk management resources including: - Quality Property & Casualty insurance products and services, - Independently tracked claims data, and - Ongoing access to experienced McDonald’s risk management expertise. ORMA and its affiliates provide state of the art risk management services for Property, Casualty and Workers Compensation Insurance to its members. It conducts independent research and development in risk management best practices and will evaluate and procure high quality risk management services and products. Finally, it compiles and makes available pertinent data, including usage data and effectiveness data to all participating carriers. ORMA’s Principles of Risk Management These principles will guide the ORMA operations: Risk management must be immediate Risk management must be theoretically sound Risk management must be data tested Risk management must be priced separately Risk management must be user-friendly
