About Oxalis Planning

Oxalis Planning is a Nottingham based planning consultancy. We are actively engaged in a diverse range of projects for our clients which include landowners and developers. Much of our work is in the Midlands, but we also regularly work further afield with projects across England. Our core business focuses on the coordination and submission of major planning applications, and strategic land promotion. This includes shaping and informing the plans and policies of local authority Local Plans or Core Strategies, site allocations documents, and engaging with Neighbourhood Plans. In addition, we often take a role as the lead consultant in steering major applications through the planning process, coordinating and leading all aspects of planning application preparation and submission, including Environmental Impact Assessments. Recent or live projects include a range of residential schemes from major Urban Extensions to smaller village sites, as well as a range of commercial schemes including major planning applications for numerous distribution and logistics proposals for developers and land owners. We have successfully led the planning process for, and secured approval for, two Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (SRFIs in the Midlands).
