Oxcon CLL gets to the heart of your civil construction and engineering project. We tune into your vision and share our technical nous, professional project management, and adaptable resources to make it happen. When you challenge us with complex civil engineering problems or with technically demanding aspects of projects and developments, we innovate, design and deliver. And because we’re a team of decision-makers, our key people will be involved and committed to your job from start to finish. Unlike larger civil construction companies, we don’t pass responsibilities up and down a long chain of management. Oxcon CLL is a purpose-built civil constructor business formalised in 2021 following a successful alliance between long-standing joint venture partners Oxcon and CLL and which combines the two contracting companies’ civil engineering strengths and capabilities. We’re already at work on a broad range of civil construction projects including main contracts, subcontracts, and design-and-build contracts. We are building civil structures such as bridges, noise walls, tunnels, piling works, foundations and retaining walls; road and rail safety improvements; walkways; cycleways; and ground and slip stabilisation. CLL Services and Solutions continues as a well-oiled piling company in its own right. Over the past 10 years, our teams have been involved in the delivery of some of Auckland’s most iconic infrastructure projects for Waka Kotahi (New Zealand Transport Agency), Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, Watercare, and KiwiRail. As professional engineers and seasoned main contractors, we understand the value we can add throughout the project lifecycle. However, we often find the best value we can add for our clients is at the front end of an infrastructure project. This is when we have a greater ability to influence the design and/or the construction method and lock in wins from the start.
