About Oxygen Studio Indoor Cycling

Our mission is to create a community with an emphasis on cultivating positive energy, where everyone feels welcome. Taking care of yourself should be a priority! Oxygen Studio brings smiles and balance -- it’s not just about fitness; it’s a lifestyle. The adventure started when co-founders Bam and Karim met in Karim’s fitness club in 2003. After a year, Bam became the leading fitness coach and general manager of the club. Today, the duo is on a mission to create the Oxygen experience founded in the belief that balance and positivity are the keys to fitness success. Karim is a former high-level Karate competitor on the French national team. A few years ago, he fell in love with California, more specifically with San Diego, the sportiest city he had ever encountered in his travels. Bam dreamt of coming to San Diego to share the authentic riding experience she brings alive in her classes -- what she calls your “45.” Oxygen Studio is located in the heart of Pacific Beach on Garnet Avenue. Once inside, you’ll be welcomed into our lounge filled with natural light and a warm introduction from our staff and Oxytrainers. Our classes are held in the indoor cycling and Paris room with floor to ceiling mirrors and hardwood floors. Our studio is great for large groups and individual sessions.
