As an international organization working with the youth, community members NPOs and other partners around Africa, Oyisa has a role as impact leader within in the community. Oyisa has mobilized as well as used its own resources to make a positive impact on its beneficiaries. Oyisa designed and developed a number of programs the first and foremost empower young people, equip them with tools for success and avails access to opportunities; with components also aimed at engaging, educating and raising awareness for the organization - they are also the sustainability plan that will generate income for Oyisa, that way our programs will not rely solely on sponsorship and funding. Oyisa's programs are specially designed so that the beneficiaries are presented with choices that allow them to make decisions, face consequences, reflect, and practice behaviors in a healthy environment which takes into account background-sensitive approaches. Through our interactive programs, beneficiaries learn that things are not as they seem and that their choices and actions will affect not only them as individuals, but could cause ripple effects on society as a whole.
