Ozell Services Inc. (OSI) is an 8(a) certified, small minority-owned socially and economically disadvantaged business consisting of highly skilled professionals who specialize in the management, administration, engineering, construction management, operation and maintenance of client programs and facilities. We deploy the talents of our staff either individually or in a team format at the client facility while being imbedded alongside our clients’ management and engineering teams in support of a specific need or range of needs as they are defined by the client’s scope of work. OSI’s advisory and assistance services help our clients make technically sound program and project decisions. Some examples of this include deployment of supplemental professional talent (i.e. project managers, architects, engineers, administrative support, contracts specialists, construction managers, project controls specialists and operation and maintenance professionals) to provide day-to-day care and oversight of building systems and to achieve the specified scope of work activities.
