We are a family-owned bakery dedicated to creating innovative and nutritious products that are a balance of tasty and healthy and made with nothing artificial. We offer a variety of nutritional products including the category changing One Bun, Morning Rounds, Snacking Rounds, and Lavash Crackers. All of our products are vegan (even our Brioche!), certified as Kosher under the Orthodox KSA. Various products are organic and all are Non-GMO with no artificial colors, preservatives, or flavors. At Ozery Family Bakery we strive to have a positive impact by being considerate and compassionate, by creating tasty and healthy products, and by being aware of our impact on the environment. We are involved in the community; from supporting school food programs and food banks to participating in sports, food and community events. This is one of the reasons we became a Certified B Corporation, for businesses that meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance and accountability. Collectively, B Corps have pledged to use business as a force for good. Ozery Bakery's initiatives over the last 3 years have resulted in the following achievements: A 21% reduction in our Manufacturing Carbon Footprint A 34% reduction in Total Water Usage and a 58% reduction in our Water Ratio to Production Volume A 4.5% reduction in our Total Energy Consumption and a 23 % reduction in our Energy Ratio to Production Volume Ozery Family Bakery started as a business with father, Al Ozery, and two sons, Alon and Guy which emerged in 1996 from the back of a sandwich shop in downtown Toronto.
