OzMac Solutions commenced operations in April 2000 and we are an Apple Authorised Education and Government Reseller. We sell and support the full range of Apple equipment and undertake warranty and non-warranty repairs. We guarantee a 3-day turnaround on all Apple service workshop repairs (as long as Apple have stock of the parts) and we have by far the best competitive rates in Adelaide. In October 2008 OzMac Solutions received Authorised Education Reseller status in recognition for the solutions we were providing to Education. In May 2010 OzMac became Adelaide's first member of the Apple Consultants Network and one of the first dealers in Australia to be qualified in all business focus areas, this was a major recognition of the skill set that we have and provide to our end users. In January 2012 we were recognised as a Premium Service Provider for our excellence in the service arena in relation to the professional approach to repairs and speedier outcomes with the great customer support we offer our clients. Our sales people have great product knowledge and provide viable, unbiased solutions and advise our clients on the best solutions without overselling. We offer free consultations on the first visit to advise on client needs for the best outcome. We support large and small businesses, education and understand that you need your systems up and running as quickly as possible with minimal inconvenience. We are a family owned business and South Australian based. Our Managing Director has over 40 years experience in the service industry and 25 of those working with Apple Products in many capacities with different Apple resellers. This knowledge and expertise has put OzMac Solutions in a position of realising the importance of great customer service and having the right team to ensure the best outcome for the end user.
