A private consultancy engaged across a range of activities, including: - independent expert work in connection with IPOs/ECM and other capital markets transactions, and proposed disciplinary/market misconduct action. Clients include "magic circle" law firms, on behalf of investment banks; investors; corporates; and securities regulators. We have been involved in high-profile court cases, both civil and criminal (Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK); a variety of enforcement proceedings before securities tribunals (Hong Kong, Korea), including those resulting in the highest fines ever imposed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission; arbitration (HKIAC/SIAC); and consulting assignments (Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore); - inSTRATEGIA division (www.instrategia.com): corporate strategy definition/implementation (especially for the Asia-Pacific operations of MNCs).
