About P & D Engineering

P and D Engineering was established in 1969, initially providing a jig and fixture service to the West Midlands engineering industries, then quickly progressing into a complete engineering solutions provider. 40+ years of engineering knowledge and experience has culminated in the creation of a family run business that ensures all engineering disciplines are catered for. We are based over 3 sites that provide CNC cellular manufacture, fully networked interactive production facility integrating the latest off line programming systems and Multiaxis machining capabilities. We have a multitude of experienced CNC programmers and setters who can program directly at the machine. However, we also use the latest DelCam PowerShape and PowerMill computer aided manufacturing software enabling us to create complex machining data directly from customers drawings and 3D models. To enable us to maintain our high quality standards, we have a purpose built temperature and humidity controlled inspection facility which houses our CMM machine along with all our calibrated measurement equipment. We employ a full time inspector/quality manager who maintains our QS and continual in process inspection.
