Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality building maintenance services for a reasonable value. Our staff will take care of screening subcontractors, checking references and performing background checks on all personnel. By doing so, we are able to provide qualified, licensed, insured contractors with a good safety record and reputation. Our system requires accountability of our subcontractors, allowing us to measure their performance. Allowing us to see to your maintenance needs allows you more time to devote to the operation of your business. Quality control is paramount to P&E Building Services. If you have an urgent issue, we are available by email or phone 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will have direct contact with one of our staff members who will take immediate steps to resolve the issue. Because we are a local company, we are able to respond to and resolve any issues as soon as they are reported to us. Customer satisfaction is a must for the success of any business.
