Offering a comprehensive range of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical services across all business sectors. Using the latest software our engineers are able to deliver a scheme from inception though to construction by developing 3D ground models, undertaking geotechnical analysis of the ground, analysing the reaction of the ground to imposed loads, undertaking the structural design of superimposed structures, and providing as built records. The three directors, Paul Thurlwell, Sudhakara Karri and Matt Holmes, have the unique qualities of being experienced Civil Engineers with extensive expertise in the disciplines of Geotechnical and Structural Engineering. Every commission benefits from the direct involvement of one of the Directors, which ensures we achieve our goal of delivering a first rate service. The needs of our clients are paramount and we actively encourage discussion and collaboration throughout the design process, particularly with respect to risk management. This ensures all stakeholders have a thorough understanding of the relevant aspects, including design, specification, costs, and programme. We are continually searching for and implementing innovative and fresh approaches for the competitive advantage of both PaSCoE and our clients.
