Our Technology - Whole-Body EMS or Electrical Muscle Stimulation. Wearing a special suit with 10 pairs of electrodes, the EMS method uses a low intensity electric impulse causing muscle contractions. The contraction of the muscle causes the muscle to strengthen and promotes a better blood supply (important for therapeutic purposes). An EMS machine is essentially an electronic machine with the capacity to contract your muscles via an electric impulse transmitted to the muscle. When you naturally contract a muscle with maximum strength, only 30% of all your muscle fibers are in a state of contraction. The remaining 70% are dormant and awaiting for the contracting fibers fatigue. With EMS you can electrically stimulate all the muscle fibers to improve their strength.
